The project tries to renovate the surroundings of the Santa Justa’s train station. A skyscraper stands on the new axis of centrality of the city to respond to new and diverse ways of living. The building provides a series of empty containers that each user completes according to their needs, attending to a catalog of auxiliary wooden structures that satisfy the demands of very diverse people.
Homes for students, traditional families, couples without children, elderly, users with special hobbies and much more. Every form of contemporary coexistence has room in this skyscraper. Through the void, it gets the flexibility and specificity that each person requires for their own home.
The project is a clear example of the plurality and diversity of a modern city like the one that aspires to become Seville.
